PBI Medicine's Policies and Fees
Appointment Policy
Appointments are available and can be made by calling 954-583-3335. An initial consultation will range from one to three hours, depending on the complexity of your case and number of conditions that need to be addressed.
New Patients
Dr. DeLuca is currently accepting new patients.
Fees are due in full at the time of your appointment

Insurance Policy
We do not participate in any insurance programs. However, at your request, we can provide you with documentation that includes appropriate diagnosis codes and shows that you have paid in full. This documentation can be submitted to your insurance company. If your policy has out-of-network benefits you will be reimbursed accordingly. Dr. DeLuca will provide you with a prescription for any blood work or testing so that you can take this to a lab or testing facility that is in your insurance network.
Cancellation Policy
Since Dr. DeLuca schedules his patients so there is minimal wait time and your appointment is not rushed like other internal medicine practices, we exclusively reserve your appointment time to discuss all your concerns. In order to best serve all of our patients, we will accept cancellations if given 24 hours in advance and will gladly reschedule you for another time. Except for emergencies, if there is less than a 24 hour notice for a cancellation, there will be a cancellation fee charged to you.
Return Policy
There are no refunds on opened supplements. We will gladly offer an exchange or a refund on any unopened supplements.
