Eighty three percent of men and 72% of women will be overweight or obese, a jump of 11% for men and 9% for women over the next eight years.
Seventy seven percent of men and 53% of women will be diabetic or pre-diabetic. This represents a jump of 14% for men and 10% for women.

Guys who work out for a total of at least 2.5 hours per week experience a 65% improvement in sleep quality, according to a new study published in the journal Mental Health and Physical Activity.
